You have 2 options to get you back on track. Option 1 will have only SMALL meals sizes for your portions, and Option 2 will contain only the MEDIUM meal sizes.

Tips:
1. Eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking to re-start your metabolism.
2. Drink your Opti Greens Daily!
3. Eat your meals every 3-4 hours to keep blood sugar balanced and energy levels consistent throughout the day.
4. Timing is critical to your success, so set your alarm for every three hours. For example, 6am – breakfast, 9am - Greens, 12pm - lunch, 3pm - 2nd snack, 6pm - dinner.
5. Cut out sodas and alcohol for these four days and monitor your caffeine intake. Begin focusing on water as your beverage of choice to increase your energy and encourage your metabolism. Half your body weight in ounces is your minimum goal.
6. Plan your day so that your last meal is a least 2-3 hours before bedtime. This is an important secret to your success.
7. Strive for at least 7-8 hours in a completely dark room. Restorative processes are at work while you sleep that will encourage repair, lower cravings and balance stress hormones.
