You have 2 options to get you back on track. Option 1 will have only SMALL meals sizes for your portions, and Option 2 will contain only the MEDIUM meal sizes.

Tips:
1. Drink your Balanced Foods Liver Boost Cocktail upon waking up. Helps to detox your body.
2. Eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking.
3. Eat your meals / snacks every 3-4 hours to keep your energy level consistent.
4. Cut out sodas and alcohol for these 3 days and drink water. Estimate .5floz per 1 pound of body weight per day.
5. Strive for 7-8 hours of sleep to help the body's restorative process.
